Endurance Update 18 February

Read all about it... South West England in the news....

You will have seen the terrible conditions and flooding in parts of the Southwest of England on the news, etc. Well you will be very pleased to hear that we are lucky enough to have our rally based on Dartmoor and well away from any floods!

Smooth tracksThe selectifs are looking fantastic and in great condition, in fact the majority are in better condition than the public highway. The picture on the left was taken on Sunday morning. The Forestry Commission teams are doing a great job of managing any windblown trees as, and when necessary.

Roger Gillard, Rally Director, has driven every selectif (at reasonable pace!) in the last week in his Vauxhall Zafira noting that...

“They are smoother than ever after the rain has washed off the slippery surface!”

If you have not entered this event before but have heard all about the early “Audi Southwest Enduros” then please do get your entry in, or give us a ring to discuss any concerns you may have.

We have made it easy for competitors this year with the Classic or Championship Endurance events (plus 4 others to choose from).

If navigating in the lanes for hours on end is not your favourite pastime then the Championship event fits the bill with just 29 miles of map reading - in the spirit of the championship.

We look forward to seeing you on Dartmoor in March.
